How can I connect my Cruz Tablet to my Motorola DEXT to use PDANet?

I recently bought a Cruz Tablet and I was wondering if it can be connected thru a USB tether to use the phone's internet service. Unfortunately, my Motorola DEXT doesn't have Wi-Fi hotspot, which is a huge problem. So, if there's any way to connect my phone to my tablet using PDANet, I would appreciate all the help.
