How to get from a size 7 to a size 2 in pants?

Hi guys i am aj hispanic/american and other races and i am 15 year old girl who wants to be a actress but i have a tiny problem on my size like i am not fat but i can be better my agent told me to start jogging and exerciing she says i am perfect just the way i am but she wants me to be a big actress and wants me to be in tip top shape like penelope cruz i am a 7 in pants and thats not that big i know but like my agent says hollywood wants you to be almost but i have a problem i am starting to get worried because for the last almost 6 months i have been jogging for 1hr 30 min - 2 hrs and thats 3-4 times a week sometimes more and sometimes if i dont do that much i go walk with my mom around the park like 2 miles or so and even when i do do that i go walk around town with my friends or to the park i go walk around the mall and places liek that i soemtimes do like situps,sizzors,and the seveenteen workouts that come in teh 17 magaizine but thats in every blue moon but still do it or sometimes i just take a break for a day or 2 but thats very rare if i do if i do take a break i go and help my dad with the ranch like fix the fences or i help my mom clean the house when she gets home from work i am really not sitting doing nothing i always do something but i havnt been loosing inches off my waist i honestly dont know why isnt tha rare i mean i even talked to a dietion about what foods i sholudl eat when i started jogging everyday earleir this year i ate like i did normaly like 3 meals and you know sneak in some junk food here and their but even their i shoudl have started loosing inches cuz the doctor says i am stll growing so i should eat enough i am getting so worried like you guys dont even know i know it wont happen over night but it honeslty has been 6 months and on top of that like the begging of june this year i have started kinda of liek a diet i guess so in the morning i wake up and i drink a milkshake and all thats in the milkshake is 2% milk or sometimes skim milk and then i add strawberrys,kiwis,bannas,apples, and pinapple and no suger or anything just that and in between that i will snak like slary with buent butter or 1 slice of wheat break 100% whole wheat, cheese, or kellogs cerel the one with no tast basically and its a small protion and just some healthy snacks or sometimes i wll have nothing at all inbetwwen snacks and then i will have lunch which is like 3-4 hrs after my breakfast which is like sandwich with again 100% whole wheat bread 2 slices wiht some veggi chipps and a bowel of furite and if not that like veggi with fish and chicken or tuna i havnt really had steak or beef meat and thn dinner is sometimes the same like i will have the same thing i had for breakfast my milshake with gonela bar or the things i listed for what i had for lunch or just a bowel of kellgs cercal with a half slice of banana with a slice a bread or gronola bread.... yes it may seem like i eat alot of bread but i relaly dont and the good thing is i always have the 100% whole weat kind and i dont have anymore than 3 slices a day and sometimes not even that much and i drink lots of water dont drink anything besides water,milk, and green tea i even someimes drink the V8 stuff and its actually good i try to drink like 2 liters of water a day or close to that or just i drink alteast one a day and somtimes i drink more htan just 2 liters ......... if we go out for fast food i always ask to go to subway and have their 6in chicken breast sandwitch and i have no drink except for water and no chips or anythind and if we go to burger king which is rare i have the small fry and 4 peace chicken nuggest and the small rodeo chesseburger which is pretty small and the drink is mostly green tea or water and its small and if we go to Costa Veda idk how you spell the name but its like a mexican grill place i get the small mango salad with no drink or sweets just water so u basically always choose healthest and its all in small portions to i just want to loose inhces off my waist and i dont know if its working you guys will tell me to go aks a dietions or someone but i have already been their and i really need to get down to a size 2 or atleat 3 liek i say my agent wants me to be a top actreses and they are in tip top like their is no actress thats that big if u look like she wnats to make me like Vanessa Hudgens,Ashley tidstle selena gomez miley cyrus demi lovato penelpoe cruz jennifer lopez miranda cosgrove victoria justice and i can go on these are top actresse and their in tip top shape you guys are probably wondering and thinking i come from a big boned gens or heritery or generation but i really dont its more like small and medium like on my dads side all the girls usually have big breasts and my cup is 36 b so not to bad my moms not that big but they do have big thigs and mine r sexy so their not big so if theirs any way you can help me plz i am BEGGING you do i really need help sometimes i cry about this cuz its emotinal..
