Why isn't my SD card working?

I recently had the LG Voyager and got an SD card for it. It worked fine. But now, mjy Voyager broke so I'm using pretty much the oldest LG flip phone.... I don't know if it's actually the oldest, but it's pretty old. But anyways, I put the card in and nothing shows up on my phone! Can someone help?
