Flip UltraHD or Kodak Playsport ZX3?

Go with the Kodak, my best friend has one and its great! If Im correct it has four video quality options. It ca record WVGA, 720p, 720p/60fps, and 1080p. 1080p is very high definition. And you actually can buy extra batteries for it. But I think it will hold its charge fine.
