How to make my feet stop hurting?

I am a cheerleader and I wear cheerleading shoes (Nfinity Pheniox) and It does have an arch and they are very comfortable and i do wear flip flops. The arch of my feet really hurts any ideas besides going to the doctor? at home remidies?
