I hate my eyes and I need your help. How can I change the shape of them?

My eyes are shaped like neve Campbell or monica belluchi, which some people think is a good thing, but I hate it. The crease to me is too deep. I love big, bright eyes like Olivia Wilde or Penelope Cruz. I find colored contacts over my hazel eyes help to look brighter. But when I wear eyeliner, they close up and I love the look of eyeliner. I know I can only alter this permanently with surgery, but having surgery around my eyes scares me. What can I do about them? I always get compared to women with heavy lidded or small eyes. They have been described as "bedroom eyes" and that sounds wrong. They just lack that sparkly, innocent look.
