What Martial Art Would Be Best For Me?
I'm a 13 year old girl, 5'3 and 120 lbs. I want to lose some fat and become more toned, ecspecially in my abs. I have basically nothing to do this summer and am interested in a martial art, but I dont know what to choose. I hear my cousin talk about jiu jitsu and judo and boxing and karate and tae kwon do... But what exactly IS each one? Can you please describe what each is and also which would be best for losing some belly fat and turning it into muscle... Also im interested in throws/flips and holds but i also like puches and kicks. Thank you in advance! - GMO
